Yoga as part of a FitMix class is used to teach balance, increase flexibility, and improve core strength primarily. We have a full yoga class offered by Shannon Reicks, which is excellent for all of this and more. She incorporates yoga challenge poses and the use of essential oils for a deeper yoga experience. Her classes are offered on Saturday mornings at 9, and we hope to add additional classes soon!
