These are ALL of the fitness classes offered by FitMix Group Fitness and Personal Training of Valdosta. Fit Mix itself is my original class, based on personal training yet with the affordability and fun of a group fitness environment. When I first began teaching it I named it FitMix, due to the way I designed it. Its literally a mixture of all of my favorite and most effective fitness training techniques. Within any class you will experience Kickboxing, Pilates, Barre, Body Sculpting (weight training) and even some Yoga.
Below you can click on an image to read more on each component any of our FitMix classes. Any of these can be taught individually on request, one on one or as a small group class. (For instance you may have a couple of friends that you all want to train together and take Pilates, you can request that, simply contact me)
