FitMix Group Fitness and Personal Training of Valdosta
offers fitness classes for men and women of all ages, such as small group fitness classes or one on one personal training, traditional fitness boot camps and strength training boot camps.
FitMix started as a ‘class only’ and has evolved into Body Sculpting, Kickboxing , Barre Above, Pilates, Tabata, HIIT training and Yoga – a “mix” of classes to help you gain the most out of your workouts. The FitMix program is designed for you to take 3-4 classes per week for maximum results. The classes are broken down by body part rather than by class type, to give you the convenience and affordability of a group fitness class, but with the benefits of personal training. We also offer mobile fitness, where we come to you at your home, at a gym or any of your favorite workout locations.
We are open by appointment or class only.
