Kickboxing is a high intense workout that involves kicking and punching.

This is used primarily as our warm up in each class and we do have it as full hour class from time to time. We use all of the basic punches and kicks to get each joint and muscle moving and ready for the upcoming workout. This helps with mobility, coordination, endurance and strength without causing injury…we do not beat each other up here, so no sparing.  🙂
