At Fit Mix we pride ourselves on having the best Boot Camp in Valdosta! Our camp formats are set up for success in both weight loss and strength gains! Our camps are all 6-week programs which build in intensity and difficulty as it goes. By trying new challenging things as your body is properly conditioned for it, we can minimize the risk of injury. Our trainers want nothing but your safe and effective success! We take your beginning measurements prior to the start of camp and we retake them again at the end to track your progress. Many repeat the program because it is so much fun and the groups are very motivating! Boot Camp is my baby and I am certified in both regular Boot Camp and Tabata Boot Camp, and I’ve also experienced actual boot camp in the US Army which trumps the other training for sure!
