FitMix Group Fitness and Personal Training of Valdosta
FitMix started as a ‘class only’ and has evolved into Body Sculpting, Kickboxing , Barre Above, Pilates, Tabata, HIIT training and Yoga – a “mix” of classes to help you gain the most out of your workouts. The FitMix program is designed for you to take 3-4 classes per week for maximum results. The classes are broken down by body part rather than by class type, to give you the convenience and affordability of a group fitness class, but with the benefits of personal training.
